For easilly inserting the implant, long incision may be helpful for manual insertion by hands.
But the trial to insert the implant through the shortest incision, too much contact between the implant and the skin may occur or sometimes the implant may be injured.
For inserting the implant gently, I have used various inserting aids such as inserting sleeve, pastry bag, and Keller funnel.
Among various inserting aids, Keller funnel 2 is the most effective until now.
It may be recycled because it is too expensive, but I use the new one for each patient.

假体通过切口放入体内的时候
如果切口用手推入是没有一点问题的，
但如果以最小限度的切口放入假体的话，
皮肤和假体之间如果过度的摩擦，可能会引发假体的变形。
所以放入假体的时候会使用补助器具。
到目前为止使用过很多种补助器械，但最发展最好形态的是 Keller funnel 2，
它是以一次性使用来卖的，
虽看着可以二次使用，
但朴真奭整形外科一个患者对应一个使用着。

보형물을 절개선을 통해 몸속에 집어넣을 때
절개선이 크다면 손으로 밀어넣어도 별무리 없이 넣을 수 있습니다만
최소의 절개선으로 넣으려 하다보면
피부와 보형물 사이에 과도한 마찰이 생기거나
심한 경우 보형물에 변형이 생길 수도 있어서
보형물을 넣을 때 유용한 보조기구를 사용합니다.
지금까지 다양한 보조기구를 이용하였지만
현재 가장 발전된 형태가 켈러펀넬 2 입니다.
일회용으로 판매되고 있으며
재사용이 가능해 보입니다만
박진석성형외과에서는 한 환자당 한 번씩 사용하고 있습니다.
